Take a muffin tin and place some cleaned, chopped vegetables in 10 of the spaces. Place some sort of dip in the remaning two — like homemade guacamole, salsa or homemade dressing. Set the muffin tin on the table and let the kids enjoy! This will help you increase your vegetable servings as well. You could also choose to fill the muffine tin half-and-half with fruits and vegetables along with appropriate dips like plain yogurt….
