It is natural to be healthy. Our body does whatever it can to be in a state of health. If you support your body with health promoting choices, your body will respond. If you are just now starting to make the necessary lifestyle changes, don’t try to make all the changes at once. What’s one baby step you can take today that will help improve your overall health? Perhaps it’s simply eating 2 pieces of fruit or striving to eat three vegetable servings. Take it slowly and build upon each day, week, month or year….adding another baby step when you feel you are ready….
